Set in a picturesque, cool and tranquil surrounding, the Green Forest Resort in Bandung (www.greenforestresort.com) is the ideal setting for our Yoga Retreat. Join us as we guide you on a journey to relax, reconnect and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery, listen to the soothing sounds of the river flowing, and wake up to the birds’ lullabies as you take the time to unwind from life’s daily hustle and bustle. Immerse in a daily yoga practice that will energize the body and balance strength with flexibility, while building a strong body, mind and breath connection. There’s plenty of time for off-the-mat activities like shopping, massages, spa and jungle-trekking too.

Day 1 : 20 April
Morning : Arrival, briefing and check into Green Forest Resort. Chill out 
12pm : Lunch 
5.30pm : Sunset Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama 
7.30pm : Dinner, followed by Discussion and Q&A on yoga

Day 2 & 3 : 21 & 22 April
7am : Sunrise Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama 
9am : Breakfast 
10.30am : “Flight of the Yogi” Workshop (21 Apr : exploring arm    
                   balance & inversions)
                 “Padma & Shanti” Workshop (22 Apr : safe backbends        
                 & hip openers) 
1pm : Lunch
Afternoon : Free & Easy (book a massage, go shopping or explore the     outdoors!) 
5.30pm : Sunset Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama 
7.30pm : Dinner

Day 4 : 23 April
7am : Sunrise Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama 
9am : Breakfast 
Free & Easy for the rest of the day (more time for off-the-mat activities - transport arranged for factory outlet shopping!) 
No Lunch & Dinner provided

Day 5 : 24 April
7am : Partner Yoga 
9am : Breakfast 
Check-out and depart for airport
